4. SMS / Text Message Program Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications on our registration form, you agree to receive text messages from Asthma Allergy Care Center of Florida regarding your appointment and care.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule.

Supported Carriers

Consent Not Required for Treatment
