COVID-19: OFFICE APPOINTMENTS
Dear Patients,
With the Coronavirus pandemic, our office has implemented a telehealth platform through ZOOM. You can schedule an appointment with the office by calling and letting us know if you prefer telehealth. You will need to have zoom downloaded on your computer for telehealth. The website is www.zoom.com.
Traditional visits will be available for procedures. However, these will be spaced apart to maintain social distancing. In addition, ALL patients who come to the office will be screened by temperature testing and screening questionnaire for COVID-19. We do not have COVID-19 testing kits in our office.
If you suspect an infection or exposure, a prescription must be with you in order to get testing at any center, including mobile drive thru centers.
Please practice good hand washing, social distancing.
